Analysis protein, fat, starch, sugar, moisture, fiber, soluble fiber, insoluble fiber, dietary fiber, water activity, NaCl, sulfur dioxide (SO2), lycopene, HMF, Nitrogen, ammoniac (NH3), total volatile base nitrogen (TVB_N), trimethylamine (TMA), protein digestion (digestibility by pepsin protein), lecithin, surfactant, organic matter, humic acid, phenol, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), oil and grease etc in various samples:
    • Agrofood, processed foods, meats and products processed from meats, wine and beer, soft drinks...
    • Milk and product processed from milk.
    • Vegetable and animal oils
    • Animal feeds and Feeding stuffs
    • Aquatic and marine products
    • Plants, soils, fertilizers
    • Sludge, waste water, water
    • Pharmaceutical products, cosmetic, chemicals.
  2. All parameters in the Nutrition facts table for food samples.
  3. Analysis of element C, H, N, S, Halogen (Cl-) isotope 15N. 13C. 18O
  4. Analysis according to customer’s requests.
